Free shipping is applicable to all orders above 1000/- for delivery within India .
For order value lesser than 1000/-, a 100/- shipping fee will apply
Expedited shipping is available at an additional fee of 300/- . Currently, we're not shipping internationally.
We service both pre-paid and COD orders. COD , however attracts an additional 100/- service fee.
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days from the date of processing to your registered shipping address with us. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. If there is a deviation in the above (takes loner time to process), you will be notified within 24 hours.
Shipping times are usually between 5-7 days to the south zone and 7-10 days to the North zone.
However, please note that in these unprecedented covid times, there could be unexpected delays in transit time, which is out of our control.
We recommend validating the shipping address and phone number before confirming the same on our website (often, auto-fill does not populate the fields with the complete address) We do not take responsibility if the delivery address/ phone number provided is incorrect. While we make every effort to assist in coordinating with the shipping partner, If a package is returned to us or lost because the address/ phone number is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed. Please carefully check to make sure that you have entered current and correct address.
Address Format: If you supply a Post Office Box for your shipping address, most shipment partners might be unable to deliver your package.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Our shipment partner shall make three attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts we will consider the order status as closed.
Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them by error then the package will be returned to us as deliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love our products. A majority of our line is block printed by hand , dyed with natural pigments and are locally woven . So there is beauty in the imperfections of the design and prints - as is the case for any handloom product. but we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
What qualifies for a product that can be returned?
- Product is Damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing Defect
- Product is not as described
If one or more of the above is applicable, you're eligible to apply for a free exchange/refund.
Ordered by mistake? - We want you to have what you love. If you feel like you would like to exchange/ return the product for the following reasons, a return shipping fee of 200/- would apply
- Exchange for size related issues
- Exchange because the wrong one was ordered
- Exchange because you have a change of mind about the print after receiving the product
However, please note that -
- Orders cannot be canceled, once they are shipped.
- Return process will be initiated once we receive the goods.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return. Further, the damaged/defective Products must be returned in the original condition they were received in.
Steps to Return -
- Send an email within 72 hours of receipt to email@example.com. In the mail, you should state the reason for exchange/ refund and images of the product as well.
- We will coordinate to arrange for a pick up from the same address to which the product was shipped.
- Please put the Product in its original packaging.
- Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return
Return Processing -
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product. Once inspection is complete and the request is validated, we will initiate the return.
Refund will be made within 14 days of validation/ pick-up .
Except in the case of damage / defective product, the value of the refund will be the product value minus a return shipping fee of 200/-
If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net Banking, we will refund the net amount back to your Credit, Debit Card, or Net Banking Account Respectively.
Exceptions to the returns policy include -
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame( after 72 hours from receipt)
- Anything missing from the package received by you including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies.
- Defective/damaged products due to customer handling
- Used products
